INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop Gainful Personalized Protein
1 Madagascar Vanilla Flavor Boost
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
3 ice cubes
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp honey
A splash of almond milk
Toppings: cacao nibs, almonds, goji berries, honey & almond butter
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients together, pour into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
2 scoops Gainful protein powder
1 cup salted creamy peanut butter
¼ cup manuka honey or maple syrup
1-2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup mini-sized dairy-free dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Transfer to a small baking pan and pat down into an even square/rectangular shape.
Store cookie dough batter in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
Take out and cut into squares.
Store squares in the fridge and enjoy them as the perfect pre- or post-workout snack!
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop Gainful Personalized Protein
1 Sea Salt Caramel Flavor Boost
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Topping: Diced apples, 2 tsp dulce de leche or caramel sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together the oats, chia seeds, Gainful Personalized Protein, Flavor Boost and unsweetened almond milk in a mason jar.
Stir well, screw the lid on and store in the fridge overnight.
When ready to eat, top with the diced apples, take 1 tsp of dulce de leche and mix with 1 tsp of almond milk to thin it out and drizzle over the apples. Enjoy!
